ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE DISABLED
All public areas are accessible by wheelchair. The hotel has one room (bookable subject to availability) specifically designed for people with disabilities. For more information please contact the front office.
There is no air conditioning system working in our hotel.
The nearest ATMs are located a 3-minute walk from the hotel; they are located at Fő tér.
The city and its surroundings have several exciting cycling routes. Request the help of the reception to rent a bike.
1 piece of 140*200cm duvet and 1 piece of 150*200cm blanket is available for each guest in their room.
Our rich breakfast offered in the hotel’s breakfast hall is a great way to start your day. Buffet breakfast is available from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. daily.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready, however, our employees work hard to prepare your room as soon as possible. If your early arrival can be predicted please notify us upon reservation. You are required to check out until 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you wish to check out later, please inform the reception team. Additional fees may apply in case of early check-in and late check-out as well.
CLEANING SERVICES, LINEN CHANGE
Our housekeepers clean the rooms daily between 8.a.m and 4.p.m on each day. Linens are changed every 3 days.
If you wish to receive an additional linen change, please inform the reception of such request! In order to protect our environment, towels are changed every 3 days. If you wish to receive an additional change, please leave the towel to be changed on the bathroom floor. If our housekeepers find the towels hanged, they will be changed every 3 days.
Currency exchange is not available in our hotel. Our employees at the reception are eager to provide information about banks and currency bureaus located in the city and about their opening hours. The nearest place where you can exchange money is within a 4-minute walk away.
DO NOT DISTURB
In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the “Do not disturb” sign outside your door. In case your room displays a “Do Not Disturb” sign we provide service only on your demand. Please be informed, daily cleaning is taking place every day until 4 p.m. For any other request please contact the front office.

Our hotel is equipped with a sophisticated fire prevention system as well there are fire extinguishers and manual red fire alarms are visibly indicated on each floor. In case of a fire alarm please proceed to the hallways and follow the exit signs to the nearest exit. Please read the fire safety regulations placed on the doors carefully and familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits. In case of fire, do not use the elevator!
Our colleagues at the reception are at your disposal if you need first aid. We do not provide any medicine.

LOST AND FOUND
With regard to found items, contact the reception. Except for perishable items, found items are stored for six months free of charge.
Luggage storage services are provided free of charge in our hotel before check-in on the day of arrival and after check-out on the day of departure. Upon request, contact the reception. Please note that we are not able to store any food items.
Should you detect any defects in connection with any of the facilities placed in your room, please contact reception!

Your received messages are delivered to your room automatically, however, upon request; they can be picked up at the reception as well.
Minibar service is not available in our hotel. Feel free to use the mini fridge in your room to keep fresh your drinks and food.
If you leave before 7 a.m and you cannot have breakfast in the hotel, please notify the reception latest by 10 a.m on the day before your departure in order to pack breakfast for you!
The hotel has a car park with entrance from Táblaház utca, with a limited number of parking spaces for our guests arriving by car for a daily fee. The car park is not a secured parking lot and the hotel is not liable for cars left in this area. For further information please contact reception.
If you pay in cash, HUF is accepted. In case of paying by bank cards, the following cards are accepted: Eurocard/ Mastercard, Visa.
In our hotel we happily welcome your pets for a fee. You are always responsible for your pet. Thanking you for your understanding, we would like to inform you that pets are not allowed to step into the catering units.

1 piece of 40*50cm and 1 from 50*70cm pillows are available for every of our guests in their rooms. If you need extra pillows, notify the reception of such need!
The nearest post office is within a 5-minute walk; however, you may hand over your stamped letters to be mailed to our employees at the reception.

The staff at the reception is available for our Guests every day from 7 a.m to 7 p.m.

Security cameras are in operation in public areas to ensure our guests’ safety.
Please lock the door when you leave your room or go to bed. To get into your room touch your keycard to the lock. After the green sign you can open the door by turning the lock. If you leave your room, close the door and touch your keycard to the lock. After the green light please turn the lock and wait until the red sign to check if your door is closed. Inside your room you do not need your card to open or close the door, just turn the lock tot he right direction.
A wide range of programs are offered at our reception and we are happy to recommend various options.
Smoking in the hotel is prohibited. The hotel is entitled to charge you a penalty in the amount of 200 € for infringing our smoking policy.

Hungary is in the Central European Time Zone which is 1 hour ahead of the Coordinated Universal Time. You may ask for the exact time at the reception.
There is no general regulation in Hungary which sets forth that service fee shall be included in the prices of hotels and restaurants. If you are satisfied with the services, tips are always greatly appreciated. The general rate of the tip is 10-15% of the total amount.
Please do not leave your valuables unattended! The hotel takes no responsibility for lost or stolen valuables left unattended in the rooms or in public areas!
